help:random question slide in captivate 8

i insert several random questions slides in a BLANK Project  (NOT responsive project ) , and then preview or publish it. the result is that the project doesn't work.it is loaing 25% and stop.

There may be something in one of the slides of your project that is preventing the output from working.

Hide each of the random slides and republish each time to find if removing one of them from the output resolves the issue. If it does, that slide is the problem.

1) I insert the random question slides in responsive project , the output works well.but  the output doesn't work when i insert the random question slides in a blank project.

2) The project only have 3 slides, the title slides (automatically created by the captivate), the random question slides (manually created), and the  quiz results slide (automatically created).   when i delete the title slide ,the problem is still there.

so i don't know how to ....?

Hi there

This should go without saying, but you said you created a blank project and only have some slides and a quiz result slide.

Have you added question slides to the Question Slide POOL? Random Question slides draw from a pool. Captivate does allow insertion of random question slides without checking to ensure there are slides in a pool.

yes,there are several question slides in the question pool and the random question slides links the pool.

the issue is the same procedure in blank project and responsive project .the responsive project's output works well,but the blank project's output doesn't.
