Hide gestures icon on start & allow only swiping.

Hello. I have done a project only for mobile devices and when I publish it, I see the gestures icon in the upper right corner to show me the gestures possibilities. However, I don't need that icon and want to hide it. Is that possible?
The project is here: http://elearning.enaspot.com/Test/NegotiationApproaches/index.html

Also, another question I have about gestures is, is there a way to allow only swiping. I don't need the long tap, zooming functionality, just previous / next, so is there a way to turn off some of the functions?

And, one more question I have, can we edit the swiping, to customize the "next slide". I have some projects where I have "hidden" slides, to appear only on certain action, so I wanted to "jump" over those slides and set another slide as next when I swipe. Is this possible too?

Thanks.

I've not been able to publish without it. Doesn't matter if you change the settings in the Captivate.ini or disable mobile gestures under "more" in the publish dialog.

I have changed these 2 files to be completely clear pngs after publishing. I keep them in a folder and copy them in after publish.
