Highlights issue in watch section of captivate

When we copy files from other system the properties (color, stroke, stroke color etc) of highlighted checkbox getting change.

I do not know what you mean by 'highlighted checkbox'. If you talk about a 'highlight box', you may ignore that each object uses an object style. Object styles are part of the theme you use in a project.  Did you use the same theme in both projects? Is the Highlight box using a default style or did you override that slide locally?

I have not used a default style. I have customized the 'Highlighted box' with style property. But when i Open the same captivate source file on other computer i lose all my style properties applied to the  highlighted box. For eg. If  i have given fill color 'orange' to highlighted box and when i open the same file on other system the color of box will change to 'white'.

That is the problem, you seem not to understand what a Theme means in a Captivate Project file.  If you copy a slide, an object to a project using another theme they will be adapted to the destination theme automatically. Since you did override the default styles, you are in a lot of problems. Can post a lot of links here to all the blogs I wrote about Themes and the way they are defining the design of projects. Maybe this one, about using ready-to-go slides in another project with another theme can explain a little bit:
