Ho to pan and zoom in on an image?

Can one pan and zoom in on an image much like Prezi and Articulate Storylines zoom region tool?

I know there is the zoom area, but it seems this only zooms "out" of a certain part of the image and not "in" to the image itself? I wanting to zoom into the image much like the pan and zoom for the videos.

Yeah, but it only zooms a duplicate picture out of the picture and not into the original picture if I'm not mistaken.

Ah yes, sorry I didn't know of this interaction. Can the zoom object interaction be used to zoom into an image at certain times in the timeline?

It is an interaction, of the static type. The learner can use it as long as he wants, but it is recommended to insert a Pausing point. More about interactions in:
