My client wants the learners to have 2 attempts per question.
The hot spot slide is set to 2 attempts per question.
the learner clicks the wrong area and gets the first attempt incorrect.
the learner then clicks anywhere on the slide to try gain
the learner then click in the correct spot on the second attempt and the result says Incorrect.
I have tried this os many times and still does not work as it should on the second attempt.
What am I doing wrong?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Do you have a Clear button?

Hi Lilybiri
I did not have a Clear button. Done some more research and discovered that if I include a Clear button this would clear the incorrect answer and the learner would then be able to click into the right spot and the result is then correct. It is extremely unfortunate that the ;earner has to click the Submit button then click the Clear button to make the slid work the way it should.
I was going to create a normal blank slide with a click button but it doesnt seem that the learner would be able to review their actions at the end of a quiz.
What do you think?
Thanks for your quick response that is greatly appreciated.

Sorry for my short answer, was on the road and limit typing on my phone.
I rarely use the default hotspot question slides, especially with mutiple hotspots. Having scored click boxes or shape button (my preference) is not the problem, quiz result will be correct. But custom quiz slides will not be included in the Review work flow. I have a description of a custom hotspot slide on my blog, but didn't include the Review.

Thanks again Lilybiri
Is there a way I can get my custom hotspot quiz question slides included in a quiz review for the learners to look back at their responses?
Your response greatly appreciated.

It can be possible, but would need some time to set up the work flow and test it. Sorry, but at this moment I cannot afford to spend some hours on that, after all I'm just a user like you.

I have resolved this issue. Spent some time working it out. Yet it was sooo easy. Cool
