How can I add a hyper link to a quiz slide?

I am trying to have a "hyperlink" available if my learner gets the question wrong the first time.  I want to drive them to a tutorial video on my website.  I can't figure out how to add a "link" to the quiz slide - is that possible?

Default question slides have very strict rules, that is why you cannot add hyperlinks. Maybe it is possible to use 'Remediation' feature, which allows to send the user to a 'content' slide, and using the Next button there to get them back to the question slide without breaking the Quiz or Question attempt (you remain in the Quiz Scope). I didn't try it out, but if you put a link on that content slide to open the web link in a separate window?
