How can I choose if 'select' or the answer shows in a Fill in the Blank question?

Hi,

I am trying to make all of my dropdown Fill in the Blank questions consistent. However, I notice that some say 'select' on entering the side, some are blank, and some show one of the answers. How could I make sure that all say 'select' on slide entry?

The dropdown boxes only say "Select" if they are long enough. If you can't see the word, go into your fill in the blank options and add few spaces after each option to stretch them out.

Also, you can trying putting the fill in blank onto the next line, as the bounding box for the questions might be stopping it from being wide enough.
