When I change resolution these elements are moving out from orginal area in the picture. How can I lock click box and smart shape to stay on specific place on the picture when changing resolution? The picture is stretch in fluid box with maintain aspect ratio.

You are using Fluid Boxes workflow: click box is one of the objects that is NOT supported in normal fluid boxes because you cannot stack objects at all. Or did you use a static fluid box?
