How can i record a video using adobe media encoder CS6 ?

I need to create a video to show the steps to use an application so i need to record a video. My office has provided me with Encoder Media CS6, how can i record video using CS?

You do not have Captivate? Media encoder is not used to create such a

video. Either you use Captivate or Presenter.
