How can I use JS to make a button click open another module?

I'm trying to use the current JS Interface to open another module/project from a button action. It has to do this when interacting with SCORM. I don't think I cant open files with this JS Interface.

I there any particular reason why you do not want to use the command Open File or Open Project?

Are you talking about within the actions pane? I did that and it gave me an error message saying I can't do that. They're in the same parent folder, too. I'm also trying to write an IF Statement to have a button open another module/project and set a global variable via JavaScript but I'm stumped on that.
