How do I get my edited "try again" message to appear after the user selects the wrong answer?

Hi, people:

I want to give the user three chances to get each question right. On the property inspector for each question, I have specified "3" for "No. of Attempts," "1" in Failure Messages, and "Continue" for Last Attempt. I have checked the "Retry Message" box.

In the Default Labels screen of Quiz Preferences, I edited the "Try again" message to include "That is wrong."

The edited version doesn't show up - only the original "Try again" message. I Saved after making the change. Why doesn't the edited version show up?

The same problem occurs with the Quiz Results messages. I edited them in the Quiz Results messages screen of the Quiz settings screen in preferences, but they don't show.

I am using CPT 8.0.1 on a Toshiba laptop.

Did you change the labels after creating quiz slides? Those changes will work for to be added quiz slides, not for existing quiz slides.
