I'm having a lot of trouble publishing my captivate project. When it's published it will get to the video a will have a loading circle for the duration of the presentation which then skips the quiz questions at the end.
I have a video demo within the project which I've captured both by slides > video demo & file > record a new > video demo. I even tried recording a software simulation to see if it would change the publishing issue I've been having. Neither of those worked. The only thing I fund the semi-worked was publishing it as a .exe file, but then the progress bar no longer existed nor did the exit button. I would prefer to have saved any other way besides .exe. I've tried every other way of saving the project, tried encoding the video to see if it would change the outcome and nothing has worked. I'm a new user to captivate and watched numerous tutorials/ read through forums that had similar issues to mine and still couldn't get it to work. If anyone has any suggestions please send them my way. Maybe I'm missing something completely!
