How do I get slide notes to appear in published project? Using Captivate 9 and Windows 10.

Slide notes are not meant to be in the published file. You can use them to create audio with Text To Speech, and/or to use them for Closed Captioning (subtitles). Maybe you can use that last functionality? Beware: you need to have slide audio to be able to create CC, but any audio clip (even with blank noise) will do.

Other text on slides is normally put into text containers: captions or shapes.
