I've recently downloaded a free trial of Captivate. I see the application folder on my desktop, but not the icon. How do I launch the application? Any help is appreciated!

You may not have fully installed the application yet, just unpacked it. Look inside that application folder on your desktop and if there is a Setup.exe file in there, execute it to complete the installation.
