???? Captivate is an eLearning authoring tool which has as goal to create interactive courses? If you need a video editing tool, you can look at Premiere Pro or After Effects.
Mohammed, you can make an intro (depends on what you define as an intro text over image/ audio etc.) I've created an intro screen for a video demo it includes timed images with effects and music. If you need to know how to do this let me (or the community know)
If you subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud I would highly suggest you use Adobe Premiere or Adobe After Effects. You can even create an animation using Adobe Animate and export it as a video. I don't believe Adobe Captivate is the tool for your question. However, it really depends on what you're trying to do.
