How Do I Publish without an LMS?

I have created a project in Captivate from PowerPoint for training purposes. It has timings, auto transitions and quizzes. How can I publish it to staff for thier use if they do not have access to Adobe Captivate and we do not have an LMS at this time. Thank you.

Publish to HTML. Upload the published version to a webserver.  Provide the URL to staff.

If the quiz is set up to report a score, you need a LMS. Have a look at SCORM Cloud, you can use it for free for a limited number of projects.
