How to capture a training session as a video ?

I want to capture a training session which is happening at a system in a distant location from our computer using screen-sharing. I want to capture the training session as a video. Is it possible using Captivate ? Please help !!

You could try using Captivate's "Video Demo" function. And you would also enable the "System Audio" bit so that you could capture what you hear as well.
