Hi all! I successfully created a drag and drop game, everything works great. When I created it, there was a text box to display when the user was unsuccessful in the drag and drop, but I was given a "successful" text box/message pop up. I have searched high and low and I can't see how to create one. It's kind of awkward to have them do the drag and drop but not have a message pop up to tell them they did it right. Anyone know how to do this?

Hi there
I think what you will find you need to do is insert the image you want and turn off its visibility in properties. Then create an Advanced Action that will both reveal the image as well as continue play of the project.
Cheers... Rick

Hello,
You'll find a detailed description in this blog post:
Drag&Drop tips - Captivate blog
And just FYI: in Captivate 9, just released, the Success caption has been added.

Thank you both but it doesn't seem to be working. I have assigned the style name to "default success shape style", and hid the object using "hide". I don't see any other way to make it invisible except for Hide (Captivate 8). This doesn't work, it appears as soon as the slide runs. What a strange thing for them to forget to put in this feature!

Did you read that article which tells you to Hide that shape for Output. In Captivate 8 that is done by clicking on the eye icon in the Properties panel, top left.
If it is not working you have skipped something; I have used the work flow described in that article multiple times.

Hi there, I just tried that, and it won't appear when I complete the drag and drop successfully. I don't see any other settings that would make this work - really strange.
