how to disable blank page when previewed in Captivate

Hi all,

I'm using Captivate 7 and recently noticed a blank (white) slide appearing fractions of seconds before a captivate slide is previewed in Captivate. The slides has colored background and when previewed within Captivate, this blank slide appears. I've unchecked preloader under the Project Info and I still encounter the same thing. Anyone has solution for this?

How do you preview? Try setting the Preloader to a low percentage, do not disable it. You talk about 'colored background': is it solid color? How is it applied: as project color, on the main master slide or....?

Hi Lilybiri,

Thanks for your reply and I apologize for the late reply.

Here are my comments:

1) How do you preview? - in Captivate (F4)

2) I've tried setting the Preloader to a low percentage.

3) is it solid color? - Yes, I've used gradient color.

4) How is it applied: as project color, on the main master slide or....? - I've used color on the main slide under the stage setting.

I'm still having the same issue. Hope you can help.

Have you tried JavaScript: document.getElementById("blank page").disabled = true;

Just kidding, I couldn't resist .

Hi TLCMediaDesign,

I'm not an expert in JavaScript . Can I embed that script in Captivate?
