How to keep track of the people who are using my captivate course?

I'm really struggling to find a way to be able to keep track of either the names or email addresses of the people who have used my captivate course. Ideally, I'd like the information to be sent to a mailbox automatically, without the user having to type up an email. I have a quiz in my course and managed to use a variable to insert the user's name, and that works fine. However, I just really need to know who has taken the course as it's going to be used as mandatory training for our job.

I'm using Captivate 9, and I can't buy any external widgets.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Many thanks.

Don't you use a LMS? Logically the LMS takes care of that aspect, not Captivat

Hi there

If you don't have an LMS, Captivate does ship with a script that you can install on a web server that will collect information. You then configure Captivate to send data to the script by editing the Quiz properties and enabling the Internal Server Reporting.
