Could you be a little clearer about what you're trying to achieve?
Are you just wanting the content to scale to the available WIDTH of the browser content area (but don't want the content Aspect Ratio to change)? If so, you may not need to create a true Responsive Design project. You might just need to turn on HTML Scaling in your Captivate output.
If you're talking about the content changing layout to accommodate both portrait AND landscape browser orientations, then THAT's where Responsive becomes necessary.

RodWard i have done with responsive course. Stage size width 412 * Height 652. Its is working perfectly in 5.5'' inch screen. But if i view the same course in 5'' inch screen it not getting fit as lik 5.5'' inch( Getting scroll bar ). So there is a option called scalable HTML content in Blank Project. I couldn't find that option in Responsive Project. If i get or if i use that option i wont find any issues like i'm facing now.

OK. So you've already created a Responsive CPTX project file. I thought your original post suggested you were perhaps still trying to evaluate which way to go with this.
There will be no Scalable option in a Responsive project. That only appears for normal CPTX projects that can be published out as Scalable HTML5.
In your Responsive project you need to configure how the content will appear in each of your breakpoints. In practice that's a lot more work.
I suggest you create a normal (non-responsive) CPTX project and experiment with that. Then you can compare the results to what you have done so far with a Responsive project.
