HTML5 Publish issue with Captivate 2017 and Mac High Sierra OSX

Mac Version of Captivate 2107 publish to HTML5 causes the published course not to load; all you get is the spinning activity indicator.

After many trial and error sessions trying to get the Mac version of Captivate 2107 to publish to HMTL5, I contacted Adobe Support and they were aware of this issue.

They supplied me with an updated install that works.  I cannot be sure if the issue only happens on Mac OX High Sierra, but the issue did not happen to me until after updated my OSx from Sierra to High Sierra.

If you have this issue call support at (800) 833-6687, select option 8 and ask for the corrected install.

Uninstall the current version on the Mac by going to the Adobe Captivate folder and double-click the Uninstall application and then install the updated version.

I hope this helps others who have been frustrated with this issue as I received no proactive correspondence from Adobe about this known problem.

Thanks for the suggestion to contact support for the download. It worked for me also. Had to go through a few menus, but the support person was very helpful.
