html5 publishing error fixed: due to text formatting in accessibility text

Just wanted to mention to those who get a never ending LOADING icon after publishing to HTML5: I, along with adobe support, deduced that it was the text formatting in the accessibility text box. It would publish okay but not play. I was copying and pasting from notes window via power point and pasting it. there was text formatting and spacing captivate HTML5 publish did not like.

this is referring to captivate 9 9.0.0.230 and probably the earlier version: Just wanted to mention to those who get a never ending LOADING icon after publishing to HTML5: I, along with adobe support, deduced that it was the text formatting in the accessibility text box. It would publish okay but not play. I was copying and pasting from notes window via power point and pasting it. there was text formatting and spacing captivate HTML5 publish did not like. So make sure no bullets, random text size or paragraph spacing is in there. Just clean text and NO formatting.
