I always have to clear the Cache from Captivate 8 Windows

I'm always having to clear the cache for Captivate 8  on Windows. Although we are running a Windows network, I have the cache on my local drive: C:\Users\myname\Documents\Adobe Captivate Cached Projects

I like to copy and paste from Photoshop and Snagit instead of importing images. I find it speeds up the process of working in Captivate 8.

Does anyone know what the IT team can do in order to increase the cache to Captivate 8? Is it a matter of increasing my network profile?

Thanks

If you are finding that the current cache location is insufficient for your needs then it may be due to some kind of limitation imposed by your IT policies.  I have known some organisations that have a megabyte limit on the size of each user's profile and this can play havoc with Captivate because it's very easy for the cache (located by default in the user profile) to blow out beyond the allowed limit.
