I am on a trial version of Adobe Presenter Video Express and can not get it to recognize my professional camera

I am on a trial version of Adobe Presenter Video Express and can not get it to recognize my professional camera that is plugged into my computer. I am running Windows 10 with office 2016. Please let me know what I can do to fix this problem. The camera is a Canon XH A1s.
