I am trying to open a web page from a Presenter presentation

I am sing Presenter 8 and want to inset a hyperlink into a presentation to open a web page external to our LMS

Ok, so what issue are you facing? Have you inserted the hyperlink? Did it work? If it didn't, what happened?

I have inserted the link in the presentation but when I click on it nothing happens

Make sure there isn't a shadow on the hyperlink. This is can cause the hyperlink to become non-functional in a published presentation.
