I cancelled my subscriptions/plans, but I'm still being charged.

I cancelled my last subscription earlier this month (April 2024) and got the confirmation email saying that the subscription would end on the 13th. It is the 24th now and when I went to check my bank account I noticed that I was charged not once, but twice this month, on the 18th and the 23rd both of which were $20.88. I tried to see if I could just remove my card information from my account, but I couldn't find it, and my account doesn't show that I have any acctive plans/subscriptions, so I called the customer support number, but they didn't help at all. I thought for a moment if I should just delete the account, but I fear that may not wok and end up making it harder to resolve the problem. So, now I'm here and any help would be much appericiated.
