I had not worked in captivate 8 for several months but now I can only publish in video. When I try to publish in html or swf publishing hangs up trying to use encoder mp4. I have animate and encoder installed at CC - how can I publish/edit projects in htm

As per the subject line I had not worked in captivate for several months. The last two days I tried edit an earlier project but publish will not complete. It hangs up while publishing at media encoder mp4. Today I installed those in my CC account but still doing the same thing. Is there something I need to do? The publish properties do not mention any of these issues.

Can you clear the cache and Clean the Preferences?

Do I understand correctly that you want to publish a project to mp4? Are you on normal or a responsive project?
