Hello !

You can try below steps:

1. Open the project

2. Go to Menu option "Edit" ->"Find and Replace"-> Type the word "submit" in Find -> Click on Find All button ->Scroll the        lower boundary of the dialog box to view the results.

Bu doing this you will get the slide or the place from where the word "submit" is getting fetched.

Capture

Hope this helps !!

If this is really a question (my confusion is about the first sentence which I see pop up normally for testing the forum), can you please offer more details. Can you check the visibility in output (eye icon in the Properties panel) of that Submit button? Can you check the visibility on the stage (eye icon in Timeline)?  Does it have a caption 'Submit' in the Properties panel? Is this a default Submit button on a question slide, or from a Text Entry Box or a D&D slide? Post screenshots, please.
