I have a Captivate subscription on one ID and a Creative Cloud subscription on the other. I want to cancel my Captivate subscription and take a new one using the same ID I use for Creative Cloud. How do I cancel? I already purchased the new Captivate subscription.

The last time a similar topic came up on the forums the answer from Adobe was that migrating a license of Captivate from one Adobe ID to another was not supported. But the offer was also made to contact Adobe Support, so maybe if you ask nicely you can get this done. It's not apparently something you can do by yourself.
