I tried installing Adobe Flash Player and it says insufficient user privileges to install application

I tried installing Adobe Flash Player, and it comes up insufficient user privileges to install application, and im administrator.  I have tried downloading as save as and when opening it clicking on run as administrator and that didn't work either.  I have restated, cleaned the computer, and tried the options in these forums, but still no luck, please help me fix this problem.  Thanks

this is very strange. Are you on Windows or Mac? Maybe try changing your min password, and try again with the latest version.
