Import image errors

Explorer ,
Sep 04, 2015 Sep 04, 2015

I have an image which I can import into a blank responsive project but when I try to import the same image into an existing project I receive an error message that the image is corrupted or the wrong file type, which it obviously is not.

Can anyone help?

Hi there

Perhaps present the image using the Windows Preview, then use Captivate to "record" it by capturing the preview window?

Other than that, use perhaps TechSmith SnagIt or another screen capture application to manipulate the image.

Cheers... Rick

Hi Rick thanks for the reply!

Captivate on my machine seems to get very confused and overwhelmed easily.

Sorted this out by closing the program and re-opening it (very technical)

This seems to be the answer for a lot of my problems.

Thank you again!

Sounds like you may need to Clear out your Project Cache using the button provided in the Preferences dialog.
