So a friend and I are working on our senior video. We are so far along and now we cannot move or really edit the clips in the timeline. When we try to shorten the length of a picture, it will not let us. Either it turns to a yellow cursor or a grey cursor with a red line across it. It will only let us make the pictures we add in longer, but not shorter. And it only does this with certain ones. How can we fix this so we can keep editing the length and stuff with all of our videos, pictures, and audio in the timeline?
