Importing videos in Presenter 11.1

New Here ,
Feb 16, 2018 Feb 16, 2018

Hi,

I am having serius troubles, importing some videos in Presenter 11.1.

All videos im Mp4 format that i have tried were not imported by presenter, even those created by Adobe Presenter Video Express.

Is there any kind of set up that i have to do to Presenter recognize those videos and import them? I have tried to use the Encoder but i have no sucess.

Just to know that those videos are in MP4 format (ACC Audio, H.264).

Anyone here could help me with this?

Regards

Other than needing to have QuickTime installed on you computer, I'm not aware of any items that would limit your ability to import MP4 content into your presentation.

Are you getting any errors? What is happening when you try to import the MP4?

If you need support from Adobe, you can contact them here: Adobe Support

I am having similar problems except the video is rendered from Connect! As soon as I import the file it brings up CS6 media encoder (not even the most current). It should have to be rendered again!!! The error:

There was an error encoding the file

Any great ideas????

Cheers,

Tim

I would use a different tool, like Handbrake (free) to re-encode the video. Just stick with the same resolution/bandwidth, unless you want to change it for performance reasons, and publish it as a MP4 with H.264 encoding. See if that works better.
