Hi, I hope that someone can help me: yesterday I've upgrade my Mac OS, now I've the new "high sierra OS". Suddently Captivate started to do like you see in this pic. If I try to publish in html5, or simpli to preview my project I cant't see that.
I only see the load icon. My project don't have big image, or video or something else that can give me problems.
TNX!
Marco
Hi Marco,
Please download the hotfix for MAC from the following location:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/82rwwzku6cdsh2g/hotfix_MAC.zip?dl=0
Replace the Adobe Captivate app file within the installation folder under Applications and "9.0" and "10.0" folder within Applications-> Adobe Captivate 2017/sdk/libs/cplibs/
Consider taking backup of the original files before replacing.

Thank you,
