Hi all,
I use CP2017. I have developed a quiz and I have set the "Incomplete caption" to appear at a specific position. All the questions are above the caption and the latter doesn't get interfered with them apart from one. When I previewed the quiz, the "incomplete caption" showed up behind the question. There is no option available to bring the caption at front.
Any ideas how to overcome this issue? Otherwise, I will have to modify all the questions/slides by moving the caption elsewhere.
Thank you in advance.
P.S. There is an old thread regarding this problem (7 years old) where I posted over there, but Lilybiri suggested me to create a new thread.
All objects on a quiz slide are embedded, the design as set up in the Quizzing Master slides is working well. If you want to overrule that design, have more control, it would be better to switch to the other work flow for responsive projects, Breakpoint Views. From the screenshots I see you are talking about a responsive project, using Fluid Boxes. That was one of the reasons I suggested to start a new thread, because this is a totally new situation, my intuition told me that you were talking about Fluid Boxes and had them 'messed up'. More than in a normal project you need to respect the design of the quizzing master slides.
If you look at the quizzing master slides, you'll see that all Feedback messages are in one static fluid box. Since you took it out of that fluid box, you are bumpring into problems. If you move them back into the static fluid box (which is necessary because that is the only way to have several objects stacked in the same location) your problem would be solved. I explored the quizzing master slides extensively in this blog post: Tips for 'Fluid' Quiz Slides - Captivate blog

The fluid box where the captions are in, it is static as you said. I turned the fluid box where the question is into a static one, as well. Unfortunately, I face the same problem. The caption stays in the background. Of course, there is not an option to bring either the question to the background or the caption at the front.

The static fluid box with the feedback messages doesn't need to change the stacking order, since only one of the messages appears at any time. The question will always have to be in the question fluid box, even if you change that fluid box to a static fluid box, question will always have priority.

Thank you Lieve for clarifying this issue. Now everything have become crystal clear.
