I was wondering if anyone has ever encountered a bug in Captivate 12where the incorrect text caption randomly has its text disappear after a few seconds? It should say "That's not right. Try again." But within 2 seconds of being on screen, it disappears. And I see nothing on the timeline or animation areas that would explain why it is disappearing.
It also should be jumping to the next slide, but that does not seem to be happening either. And yes I'm using the latest version of Captivate 12.

I shoud have added to my message - these are captions on a simulation slide where the user is expected to click on an area of a screenshot.

I think this is the expected behavior of the click box caption.
Click Box Correct/Incorrect Caption Behavior:
- If you click inside the click box area, the Correct caption will appear. After 2 seconds, if there is any interaction on click box (for example, Go to Next Slide), that action will be executed.
- If you click outside the click box area, the Incorrect caption message will appear for about 3 seconds and then automatically disappear.
