Interactive Animated Video upload in CMS

I am reaching out to ask for your support for my ongoing project. Currently, I am creating an Interactive Animated Video in Adobe Captivate 2019 version. Upon trying to upload an eLearning SCORM 2004 version into our Learning Management System, it's all good and the interactions are working. However, when I tried exporting and disabled the eLearning Output setting and then uploaded it to our Content Management System, the asset is working but once clicked on the interaction, the video goes to loading and then routes at the start of the video again. I would like to hear from you on what is the possible problem and solution for this one.

I have issues with the terminology. Did you create a cptx-file which contains one or more slide with interactive video? Or is your term 'Interactive Animated Video' just a way to point to a published cptx file? You took out Reporting to be able to upload it to something else than a LMS and published again to HTML5. It needs to be uploaded to a webserver which support JSON protocol. Is that the case for your CMS?
