I created an interactive document in Adobe Captivate 2019 11.0.0.243 and when I publish it as a PDF I can view it, but several end-users are unable to. I have had them ensure they have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat and Flash and they are still unable to view the interactive PDF.
Is there an easy fix for this that I just haven't found while Googling an answer? Is there something else that I can publish from Captivate that has the same usability and ease of access as a PDF?
(the interactivity is a bunch of rollover captions on an image if that makes any difference)
