Interactive Video Issue - no-show when it pause on the timeline in CP 9

Hi All,

I'm using Captivate 9.0.2.437.

Case:

I insert Multi-slide Synch Video from my drive. I used below settings: 

1. Project and video are in the same folder

2. Video info: mp4/ 25 frame rate per second/ bit rate 318 / res. 1280X720

When the video is in the timeline and I pause the video to add dome e.g. interactions I can't see paused frame

Video was creating in After Effect.

I hope someone knew what wrong.

For Multi synchronized video you can control using the Captivate interactive objects. For a Pause you can trigger that command by the Success event of that interactive object. But I don't see any interactive object in your timeline: no button, no click box, no shape button. How did you try to pause the video?
