iOS 8 only?

Community Beginner ,

I built a responsive course which we are currently testing. While an earlier iteration worked on my iPhone and tablet, the final version doesn't seem to work (I've gotten it to load now on my iPad, but it eventually crashes). With further testing, I discovered that it worked fine on Android and Kindle.

I chatted with an Adobe tech and he tested the file as well. He said it worked fine on an iPhone with iOS 8 but not iOS 7. Is there any reason why iOS 7 would have so much trouble displaying a published responsive course? Could there be some kind of media content I've incorporated that is causing this trouble?

Most of our users are on Apple devices with iOS 7, so it's ideal that we get it working on that format.

ps: Apologies for creating a new thread for this topic. My first post last week was before I discovered it worked on 8.
