Is there a fix for the Captivate 9 scrollbar widget to make it compatible in all browsers?

We are using the scrollbar widget and cannot get it to work in Safari or Chrome.  Anyone have this issue and is there a fix?

Only the Learning interactions are compatible with HTML5 output, not the widgets.

I don't have a 'scrollbar' widget at all, is this an external widget or a typo? Can you check the name, please?

Here are some tips and a descriptive table of the Learning interactions up till CP8 (I miss only a few added later):

Apologies.  It is a learning interaction.  We cannot get it to display in Chrome or Safari.  I've included the steps we used below.

To reproduce the error, this is the Scrollbar Learning
Interaction:

To recreate –

  1. Select Interactions
  2. Select Learning
    Interactions
  3. Select
    the Scrolling Text Interaction
  4. Insert
    text into configure interaction window
  5. Click
    the OK button
  6. Publish
to html5 and view in Chrome – the scrollbar interaction is not displayed.

We are using 9.0.2.437 of Captivate if that helps.

You talk about the Scrolling Text interaction (or TextArea)!

Normally it plays well if the interaction is not too small (I logged a bug report for that). I do use Chrome as well and same version number for CP.  I have been using that interaction a lot, also for blog posts. Will try to double-check and be back.
