Is there a way to save a Captivate 2017 (10) project as an earlier version?

Someone on my team has an earlier version of captivate and I would like him to be able to edit something I created in Captivate 10. Is there a way to save to an earlier version? He is unable to open it simply saved as a captivate file.

The answer is negative. There is no way to open a CP2017 version in an earlier version.
