My team is working on a series of scenarios that provide feedback to learners when they answer a question incorrectly. The feedback directs them back to a specific location in a pdf document. We are using text captions and placing links to the destination in the pdf document using the "#nameddest=desintationID" format.
A feedback screen may have several different links on it. We have had issues where the links will be working fine on a screen and then the next link will come up with a "Page Not Found" error when we test it in the SCORM cloud. These scenarios will be uploaded to our LMS, so the SCORM files need to work falsely.
I found this issue unanswered in a search of this forum, so I am adding this question. Does anyone know what might be causing this error? WE have checked the links for errors and found none. We have checked the destinations in the Adobe pdf file and they are all there and properly set up. Any suggestions on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
