Issue with the new update version 12.2.0

I've updated to the latest version of captivate and it came up with this error code attached. I unistalled it and reinstalled it to see if this resovled the solution which them came up with erorr code 103, i've tried multiple times to download and still comes up with the error code. I've restrated my PC as well and this hasn't helped either 

 

Any help would be great?
