Keeping track of Object names for Actions?

Can anyone provide any organizational practices I can use in order to keep track of the many names given to objects that will be used within Advanced Actions? Are these something you would print out with a screenshot? I can see how easy it is to lose track of the names as I build within Captivate.

Thanks

Do know that you can filter in the dropdown lists in the Advanced Actions dialog box and in the Parameters dialog box. Type a sequence of characters that appear anywhere in the name, and the list is filtered on objects with that sequence. Example: type 'co' and the objects with names 'v_counter'  'T_Code', 'I_cow' will be left in the list.
