Links in a PDF Training published by Captivate 9

I published a course in SWF/PDF formats in Captivate 9 but cannot have the links within this training work well in the published PDF version of the course. For example, in the below screenshot, I have added a button that opens the training transcripts document in PDF. When I published the training in SWF/PDF format, I was actually able to see the transcripts PDF document in the zipped file, however, when I opened the training PDF version and clicked on the button, it didn't open the document. This issue incurs in all the links that go to PDF documents within the course. Is there anything I can do to be able to access those links? Thanks for any tip.
