I am loading captivate 8 videos into an iframe on a webpage. I have built the videos using a template. Some of the videos load properly - fit completely within the frame, many are shifted to the right, or are cutoff at the bottom. This happens on both large desktop screens and ipads. All content is html5 only and is 1024 X 728. Any suggestions on how to try to troublshoot/correct?

That's pretty tuff to tell. Is your iframe adjusting to dimensions of the video?
Why are you using an iframe instead of video tag?

The iframe is behaving correctly as it adjusts properly based upon the device/screen size, but does not hug the video - there seems to be about 10 pixels of padding on the right and left - when the videos play correctly. I can live with that. The video, when misbehaving, seems too large for the iframe/screen and is off center as white space is either to the left or on top and the video itself is cutoff - as if it extends past the iframe.
I am not using a video tag because the output file that the iframe calls is index.html.
Suggestions on how to convert the typical output of captivate 8 into a video file so a video tag could be used? I would not be against it as I actually do not need the interactivity of what captivate offers.
Thanks for your help!

So you are not playing a video in the iframe, you are running a Captivate project.
A CP project runs centered, you would need to remove the css that centers and remove any margins and borders.

You are correct, I am running a project, not a video, my apologies for that error.
Since editing the file to remove the centering, margins and borders would make this a nightmare, how does one convert a CP project into a video where one could then utilize the video tag. I am in the process of converting all CP projects into HTML5 compatible formatting.
Any assistance or direction would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure why, but I just recreated a project using a project that loads properly as a template, and everything loaded fine. Somewhere along the way I must have added something to the original template I was using that is causing the shift to occur within the iframe. If I am able to isolate the component, I will update this post in the event that others are experiencing the same issue. Thanks for your assistance!
