Loss of image quality occurs when PPT file imported into Captivate 9

I have PPTX files created in PowerPoint 2017 for Mac, PowerPoint 2016, and Office 365. When I transferred them into Adobe Cp 9, I see the Logo, text with background appears a little fuzzy. Overall the presentation becomes less professional because of its quality. I have tried the size of PowerPoint presentation slide and Cp size, but that didn't help either. Is there any solution to this issue?

Is it that way when you preview in a browser or publish? Many times they look bad in the IDE, but are just fine when publishing.

Hi, first of all. Thank you for replying.

I have previewed the presentation in both a browser and publish. The logo and text were added in the PPT, then imported to Adobe Cp 9. I use Cp 9 in Mac but PPT was created in Win, but I don't think that is the issue. I also heard checking on the 'high fidelity' setting help the image quality, but that feature appears only in Adobe Cp for Window version. Then again I also heard Cp 9 for Win no longer has that feature. So what else can it be?  Any help with this issue would be appreciated.
