Adobe captivate 7:
I added an image on to the master slides to create a standard background across the slides of our presentation. I've done this on multiple projects before without issue. But this time, when I publish it and try to play it on an LMS, everything shows up except the background. Instead it is just a white backdrop.
Strangely, it plays fine when I test it on ScormCloud.
Any help would be appreciated. Am I overlooking a setting somewhere? Or did I do something wrong when inserting the background png on the master slide templates?
Thanks,
Arthur
Strangely, I tried another image and it did not work. So I then went back and created in Illustrator and re-saved the image. This time it worked. It must have been a corrupt image file or something. Sorry to take everyone's time on that. But thanks for your willingness to help.

Since it shows all right on SCORM cloud, looks like it is linked to your LMS.
Could you try to merge the image with the background on the master slide?

What's strange is that we have created 32 courses and all play fine on our LMS. But this 33rd one is not showing the background. I am not sure what the issue is. I will try to see about merging the background on the master slide. This is the first I've heard of thi option.

Merging the background did not help. Could it be a size issue? The presentation is about 250 slides, 170 MB. The others are this big too though, so I am still unsure why the background will not show up on this one.

Curious if you tried it with a different image?
I use 7, and have periodic issues with images behaving the way they are configured, but it is only with very specific images do I see this problem.

It shows up all right in SCORM Cloud, it must be linked then to your LMS. Can you put another image, maybe in another format in that project on the master slide?
